To insert a profile card of a user into pages or posts on your WordPress website, open up the shortcodes editor and select "Profile Card".

A window ( displayed into the screenshot above ) will appear, displaying all the available parameters.

It is recommended that you always use the shortcodes editor to add shortcodes to your pages/posts. In this way you're sure your shortcode has been added with the correct parameters configuration.

| Parameter | Usage |
|---|---|
| user\_id | The ID number of a user on your website |
| link\_to\_profile | Specify if you wish to link the card to the individual user profile page |
| display\_buttons | Specify if you wish to display the "view profile" and "send email" button into the card |

Example usage:

```
[wpum_profile_card user_id="1" link_to_profile ="yes" display_buttons ="yes" ]
```
