What is the difference between personal and developer license?

A personal license is valid for support and updates for 1 site, whereas a developer license is valid for support and updates for multiple sites.

How do license keys work?

After purchasing a plugin you’ll receive a license key via email. You can also find your license key into your account page. The key can be activated from your WordPress dashboard’s plugin page. License keys can be activated and deactivated and transferred from a site to another.

Will I receive updates for purchased plugins?

Yes, automatic updates are available for each add-on. In order to receive updates a valid license key is required. You’ll receive updates for as long as your license key is valid.

Do you offer support for purchased plugins if I need help?

Yes. A valid license key is required to use our support platform to contact us for help. See our support policy for more details on what kind of support we provide.

Do I need to renew my license?

If you want continued support access and updates, yes.Licences are valid for one year from the date of purchase. When your licence expires you’ll be able to renew your key via your account page with a 30% discount.
