You should carefully read all of the terms and conditions as your purchase or use of any WPUserManager.com Product(s), or services and use of this Website and any materials or Products available herein identifies that you agree to the following Terms of Use and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions accordingly.

WPUserManager.com reserves the right to change the prices or the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.


Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to get updates and support for purchased extensions. After one year, license keys may be renewed at a 30% discount from the purchase price of a new license.

Extensions Updates

Updates are included for free for one year. If you have a valid and active license key, and your extension(s) supports it, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If your extension(s) does not support automatic upgrades, then updates can be downloaded from your account page.

Support Policy

Support for purchased extensions is given up to one year after the purchase date.  If you wish to get support after one year, you must renew your license key, or purchase a new license for the extension you wish to get support for.

Support includes the rectifying of issues arising from plugin’s features, bug fixes and basic usage questions. WPUserManager.com does not provide support for the use or issues arising from 3rd party plugins, troubleshooting issues occurring in versions of Internet Explorer older than version 8, WordPress itself, or customization requests. All questions and inquiries should be directed to the WPUM Support Center.

With the purchase of a single product you get full access to documentation, tutorials and support sections. Technical Support is provided on our Ticket System only, and you should not expect it via e-mail, comments, Twitter or any other means. This is the quickest and most efficient way for anyone who has purchased a product to receive support.

If you have problems getting extensions to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be given. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a support ticketNOTE: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.

Privacy Policy

Any information submitted by you (the buyer) for completing the transaction, delivering the product, informing about new product releases, and addressing any customer service issues are strictly confidential. WPUserManager.com does not share this information with anyone.
