Meet WP User Manager

WP User Manager Published on July 6, 2015

I’m really excited to write this post today, it’s been a long time coming and finally I’m happy to announce the first release of my new plugin, WP User Manager. WPUM has been in development for more than 5 months and it’s been an incredibly satisfying journey.

What can WPUM do for you?

WP User Manager is a free, simple-to-use solution to manage your WordPress members and create beautiful front-end user profiles. With WPUM, your members can create and manage their own profile entirely from the front-end of your website. I’ve built this plugin to make it incredibly easy for site owners and members, to register, login and create a profile without the need for your users to access your WordPress dashboard.

WPUM provides improved control over your WordPress users through exciting features that I can’t wait you to try. I’ve built an emails editor into your control panel, so that you can customize the registration and password recovery emails. WPUM also has the ability to create user directories to list your members by different criteria.

But there’s more! You can head over to the features page to read all the exciting details about what WPUM can do for you. If you’ve got any request, comment or feedback do not hesitate to leave a comment or get in touch.

What’s next?

Within the next few weeks I will start releasing a series of extensions to enhance the power of WPUM. The first free addon will be integration with Google’s noCAPTCHA reCAPTCHA, an incredibly time saving solution to fight spam registrations on your website. The addon is almost finished, and will be released in the next few days.

I have a roadmap of extensions that will be released for WPUM, this includes both free and premium addons. In the meantime you can be notified when an extension is released, by visiting the page of the addon you’re interested Building paid addons ensures that work on WPUM can continue and is sustainable.

Let me know how you go, all and any feedback is appreciated.
