I’m pleased to announce the release of a new addon to which allows creating unlimited registration forms. This is great if your site needs to have forms to register different type of users, collecting specific data from them, and giving them different roles. It’s even more powerful when coupled with the Custom Fields addon
With this addon comes a new version of WP User Manager, version 2.2. Previously the settings for the registration form were found under the main settings for the plugin. The addon means each form needs its own settings, so the edit registration form page has been redesigned to show the settings:

The addon also gives a count of user signups for each form, and the ability to select which form to add to a page with the Shortcode editor:
