The Mailchimp addon comes with a Sync tool that lets you import all your users into a Mailchimp list.Select the user role you wish to subscribe and a list, the tool will then start the import process.
Allow users to choose to which list they want to signup or automatically add users to a specific list. If needed you can also let your users subscribe and unsubscribe from lists directly from their account page.
A new dashboard widget will quickly tell you how many account are pending verification.
