As of WP User Manager 2.8 you can customize both the email sent to the user at registration as well as the notification email sent to the stie admin, via Users > Emails:
If you have configured file fields to appear on the registration form, you can choose to attach those files submitted to either of the above emails.
You can do this by editing the field from Users > Custom Fields, and navigating to the ‘Emails’ tab in the field settings:
