Are your users seeing the following message after clicking on the email link to reset their password:
“The link you followed may be broken. Please check that you used the right reset link or request a new one.”
This is due to page caching and you will need to make sure the WP User Manager pages are excluded from the cache either in a plugin or with your hosting.
