There are times when you want to restrict all the content of a specific post type without having to turn on restriction settings one by one for all existing content and all new content.
This can be achieved by navigating to the Users > Settings > Content Restriction tab.
From there you can select the post types which will be completely restricted, and then set the restriction settings to be applied:
